Sara’s first career was as a social worker, working with children, families, and people with mental health issues and disabilities’. After feeling a need for change and growth, she started working with reiki, rented her house out and went on an adventure to Australia. Whilst there, she became involved in the local arts scene, acting, directing and singing a tune or two. So, when she came home she embarked on a BA Performing Arts, gaining a first class honours degree no less!
Sara then combined her arts skills and social work experience to work as a freelance arts practitioner with vulnerable and marginalised groups of people, including a prison project for Glyndebourne opera and in Cambridge, a celebration of the music of Syd Barrett.
Sara is also a performer, having written and performed in her one woman show The Devastated Diva, supported by the Arts Council. She also writes and performs comedy, more recently performing with comedian Simon Munnery in his Fylm School.
Sara has attended full day breathwork sessions, and 2 Maroc Retreats in Marrakech, with Urban LIFECLASS, and assists once a month on our London Breathwork Groups.
